A disturbingly high percentage of steel seawalls suffer catastrophic structural failure due to short sheets, insufficient tiebacks or angle iron. This is why we stand behind our work. We know that the steel sheet seawall properly installed by professionals, will be the last seawall installed on your property in your lifetime. This is why we only use the best steel sheeting, available at Superior Piling in Bridgeview, Illinois. Many gauges, or thickness of the steel, are available. Galvanized sheeting, .20 percent copper, black steel, or power coated, are available in many colors. Using Superior Piling steel that has been certified at the mill, we know we can stand behind their steel. When you receive a proposal from Shoreline Marine Contractors, all the gauges, sheet size, angle iron size, tiebacks spacing, amounts of welding, tiebacks material concrete or steel, drainage system and backfill will be clearly stated with your warranty. | |
